What we collect
PatchRail collects only what you give us: your name, email, GitHub org if you mention one, and the message you send through /contact or by replying to hello@getpatchrail.com. We do not load tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on getpatchrail.com.
How we use it
We reply to you. We may file what you sent into a CRM run by Pablo Guillén from Maastricht, NL, used only to keep the thread going. We never sell it. We never use it to train models.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a small SQLite database on Pablo's own hardware in Maastricht and a backup copy on a paid email host (Spacemail). Both are EU-resident. No US cloud, no AWS, no Google.
Your rights
Email hello@getpatchrail.com and ask us to delete what we have on you. We will, within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
Cookies
The website uses one functional cookie to remember if you have hit the reduced-motion preference. Nothing else.
