Who you are dealing with
PatchRail is a product operated by Pablo Guillén, sole proprietor, Muntstraat, Venlo, 5931 LS, Netherlands. There is no legal entity behind it yet. If that matters to your procurement team, email us before signing up.
The 30-day pilot
The pilot is a single-invoice arrangement: $2,000 for 30 calendar days of bounty radar access, with the deliverables listed on /pricing. There is no automatic renewal. The pilot ends when 30 days are up.
The yearly seat
A yearly seat is a separate signed agreement. We will draft it from the pilot contract, not from this page. Yearly seats start at $14,000 / year and include up to five DevRel seats.
Refunds
If PatchRail is genuinely broken for more than three consecutive days during your pilot, email us and we will prorate the affected days off the invoice. If you simply change your mind before the pilot starts, we refund 100 percent.
Liability
We do not guarantee that any specific bounty issue we surface is real, payable, or solvable. The radar is a discovery tool. Your DevRel team makes the call. Liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using PatchRail at any time by replying to hello@getpatchrail.com. We delete your data per /privacy.
Governing law
Dutch law, courts of Limburg, Netherlands.
